SERVER_CONNECTED Event Not Triggering Intermittently

In iRule used LB_SELECTED and SERVER_CONNECTED to log the server node details. Can see LB_SELECTED event logs but can't see SERVER_CONECTED event logs some times intermittently.

Do you have OneConnect setup in the VS ? Maybe the backend connections are re-used ? Did you check the code version for any bugs ?
