Server based persistance Irule

We have 3 Web servers that required a persistance connection on server1 for specific http header request (example /default.asp), All other request with persistence on server2 and with out persistence request on server3,

 

 

if possible Please any one can help me to create Irule on this.

    Can you explain the scenario a little more? Do you want all requests for /default.asp to go to server1? What kind of persistence are you referring to?
