for quick fix, you can try change the pool's load balancing method to Fastest (Application)
if the application is http/s based, also ensure that Oneconnect is enabled for HTTP profile assigned to the virtual server.

You can try using the following tcpdump which will save it to "/shared/tmp/" and then open it up in wireshark to see if you can see any glaring issues.
tcpdump -nni 0.0:nnp host <server_2_IP> and port <server_2_port> -w /shared/tmp/server2_tshoot.pcap
