Send command to node based on the previous result of a check

I want to use BIGIP to send a specific command to a node ONLY when it transitions from down to up.

 

 

Any ideas or pointers.

    This sounds like something you'd likely want to use iControl to accomplish. I'd pose the same question in the iControl forums, and see what they have to say.
