Self signed certificate

s_client -connect 10.50.171.5:7777   Verify return code: 19 (self signed certificate in certificate chain) error in s_client   what is the solution of this?

This is a very blind question how should we know what are you trying to achieve that you got this error. Explain your requirement and the steps you performed.

Looking through history, Irfan has asked the same question several times, yet doesn't take advise given. Either he's a bot or can't read/understand English. If you aren't a bot, Irfan, please state the actual issue this is causing you, or try one of the recommendations afforded to you.
