self-IP and float-ip not pingable

I hope your F5 device network configurations are correct. Can you please confirm below things?

1. Are interfaces in enable state?
2. VLAN's are tagged with interfaces?
3. Self IP's are tagged with VLAN's?
4. Cross verify subnet details for self IP and floating IP.

Can you please post your network configurations (with duplicate IP's) and route information.

To add to RaghavendraSY's answer, floating IP doesn't live on standby device so if you can't ping floating IP check your setting on primary as well. Also check if traffic group is configured correctly for floating IP.
