Selective Traps

The current events being sent by the LTM is too overwhelming, In trying to create a custom trap, most of the type of traps I need are already in the The alert.conf file, however the traps in the alert.conf are simply too comprehansive for what i need.

 

 

Is it possible to create a custom trap for systems checks only for license validation, diskmonitor traps whilst ignoring or not sending other traps.

 

 

I dont want trafficshield type traps sent, Can I just simply delete the unwanted traps from the alert.conf file.
