Have got a GTM with 2 wide IP's called wideip_A and wideip_B
Both have got one pool with 2 members called memberA1, memberA2 and memberB1 and memberB2
The GTM uses iQuery to pool the respective LTM's...

NoctilucentI believe there is already an inbuilt functionality called depends-on,
depends-on Specifies the names of virtual servers on which this pool member depends.Try the below,
tmsh modify gtm pool b-pool members modify { memberB1 { depends-on add { memberA1 } } }
tmsh modify gtm pool b-pool members modify { memberB2 { depends-on add { memberA2 } } }
