Dec 26, 2011scripted monitoring with condition
Hi,
I need a scripted monitor that will work a condition.Client users are using some url links to access for an application. And I have pool members for the application. For instance, if one url link is down, the script will automatically down another pool members that is running with the same url link.

just curious if assigning two health monitors to pool and setting availability requirement to all is helpful. - Rise_77519

Hi Nitass,
Availability requirement setting would not help me. Because availability requirement would do down all members status if match identified condition. But I need that f5 should reject all client requests incoming to url link when the url link state is down on a pool member. And all pool member state should be up and other url links should work. - Rise_77519

Hi Rise,
Are you using an iRule to select specific pools or pool members based on the requested host and/or URI? If so, can you post that to give us an idea of your existing logic?
Thanks, Aaron
