SCF file loaded successfully on F5VE but after updating to IOS 17.1.4 and all configs were lost

Hi All,

we are planning to migrate physical F5 to F5 VE. We modified and loaded the scf file on the F5 VE, and all configs were loaded successfully. However, after upgrading to IOS 17.1.4 and rebooting the F5 VE, all configs were lost, and the device failed to boot properly. we're receiving error messages and attempted to revert to the previous IOS version but were unable to do so. Additionally restoring from the old backup failed due to a db error retrieving information. All scf files were lost.We've had to perform factory reset to default settings with new version.

Has your organization experienced a similar issue?
