Saving and retrieving SCF or bigip.conf on/from the LTM using iControl SOAP.

Trying to save (tmsh save /sys config file ) and retrieve an SCF from the LTM using iControl SOAP. The closest solution seems to be System.ConfigSync.download_file or System.ConfigSync.save_configuration with the "SAVE_HIGH_LEVEL_CONFIG" flag, which saves to bigip.conf. I would also like to retrieve either the SCF or bigip.conf to our config mgmt server.
