Hi WBR - I disabled persistence for all my virtual servers and that seemed to fix the issue of not being able to use both of my AV edge servers at the same time. (Thanks to a member of this forum responding to another one of my posts.)

 

 

We also opened a trouble ticket with F5 support to have them validate our configuration. That process is almost complete (they are currently reviewing a TCPDump), and so far there is nothing really wrong with our configuration. I do have a latency issue with some of my users' calls, but I think that is due to network conditions at some of my user sites.
