Cirrostratusdkemper - can you share your config steps? I haven't done SAML on big-ip yet, only MS ADFS. I'm also going to setup to use with Mimecast.
On your question here, from what I see Mimecast has a entityid and trusted uri for each region. Maybe you have the European region uri.
