Same IP for VS and Self in VPN APM

Hi,

Can I use Same IP Address for F5 Self IP address with Virtual server for VPN on BIG-IP APM ?

Because when i tried it shown this message on APM Login page "Access policy configuration has changed on gateway. Please login again to comply with new access policy configuration". But when I change into different IP it works.
