Oct 26, 2014Same application on one server with two different ports, pool member problem?
Sir i have a service running on 3 machines but its deployed twice on 3rd machine with different port. Like 10.50.169.14:9801,
10.50.169.14:9802,
10.50.169.16:9801,
10.50.169.20:9801,
But the problem...

Oct 26, 2014Would it be possible to configure a secondary interface on the server from the same network?
Alternatively, if you just want to use one end-server 2 times in the same pool, look into ratio-based balancing. You can set it up so that the third machine gets 2 times the connections other nodes get.

Solved it. During adding new pool member in the pool instead of selecting the option of new address, selected existing node. That way it allowed me to add another pool member with same ip but different port and tested it, its working. - numantsev_23438Feb 02, 2016
