Running version of Tenant during Deployement shows Unavailable

Running version of Tenant during Deployment shows Unavailable.  When I was deploying a new tenant it was showing running version as unavailable. Can you plz check what would be the issue ? attached...

Hi,

 

Usually this will happen without a proper image upload - Verify the image import completed successfully/or the file will be corrupted. check md5
