Rules to take a webserver out of a pool + load balancing

Hi,

 

I am new to iControl, have some knowledge of iRules.

 

 

In production we have an LTM which does the load balancing based on whatever our ops has setup.

 

 

I was looking at ways of implementing an 'audit' script on the LTM which can be configured to take out a node from a pool based on certain criteria.

 

For example, say if a webserver has more than N concurrent ISAPI threads and there are at least X other webserver available in this pool, take the webserver out of the pool for say 5 minutes.

 

 

Also is there some way to combine and configure least connection and ratio load balancing algorithms? That is I want least connections based however on a ratio or priority.
