Ruby 1.9

I've found that in order to run the f5-icontrol gem under ruby 1.9+ you need to install the soap4r-ruby1.9 gem. It would be nice if there were a 1.9 version of the gem (f5-icontrol-ruby1.9?) that had this dependency in the gemspec.
