RSA Prompt page for PIN reset confirmation

Hi,
We are using RSA + AD in order to authenticate users that access to a web server. We are trying to force these users to change their PIN at first access.
We are getting a prompt to confirm the reset "Are you ready to enter a new PIN?". If we chosse No, the PIN is not changed.
Is there any way to bypass that prompt and force the Yes answer?

thanks.

O.

  • I'm not aware of a way to bypass this option as it's built into the RSA SecurID process. Are you using RSA Authentication Manager? If so, you may want to force all new users to hit the Self Service Portal which would force the PIN change.
