Routhe the traffic dmz to internal

I am trying route my traffic dmz to internal ? My dmz vip is 192.x.x.x and Internal VIP is 10.x.x.x Do I need to create Vlans or selfIPs ? Any suggestions please ?

You just need reachability from your DMZ F5 to your internal VIP on Internal F5. You might want to talk to your security to open access from DMZ f5s floating Ip to internal VIP IP on Port you need. Also you need reachability from your internal F5 to backend servers. This should do it unless if you have a complex setup.
