Yeah. That's fine (With v11.4.1 upwards). You just have to make sure that all the objects for network-1 are in one traffic-group. All the objects for network-2 in another traffic-group etc. Then assign priorities for the traffic-groups

 

If 11.3 (i.e. versions that don't have traffic-group member priorities), you'll have to either manually move stuff, or try using HAGroups (Which are NOT a lot of fun).
