rndc freeze failed

We are using GTM zonerunner for our master DNS. Inorder to force the DNS records to be written quickly to zone files, I tried the below command as suggested in solution article: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/5000/900/sol5909.html [root@testgtm:Active:Standalone] namedb rndc freeze xyz.com IN internal

 

This resulted in an error:"rndc: 'freeze' failed: not found".

 

Does anyone has idea on how to fix this issue. The LTM version we are using is 11.3.0 Build 3138.0

    The default view is external. Can you verify that you are correctly specifying the view?

    Thanks Cory For your reply. It works with external view. Not sure whats wrong with internal view. Anyhow, I will look into it. Once again thanks for your support, Appreciate it :)
