Rewrite/Redirect for Internal Servers

Have the following scenario that I need some assistance on:

 

 

Marketing dept sends out a promo email that still references back-office servers for some of the content within the email. When customers open the email they will actually get content from those servers as the web servers have the ability to route to those backoffice servers. What I would like to do is rewrite/redirect that url when it passes through the LTM. Sample url looks like this where backofficeserver.company.com is the portion that needs to be modified:
