Reverse Proxy a VS using an iRule/datagroup

Have a VS using an iRule/datagroup to redirect specific URI's to URL's. The VS is not using a default pool. Is it possible to reverse proxy this traffic on the LTM. The clients traffic should be proxied by a F5 interface, the client should not access the URL directly.
