Retrieving topology records on version 4.5.9 3-DNS

Is there a limit to the max size for the topology.inc file that iControl can handle? When I try to pull the topology records (get_entry_list) from a 4.5.9 3-DNS which as a topology.inc file ...

In looking at the topology.inc file it contains 1412 records.
