Retrieve the partitions a user has access to based on their active directory login. Using the REST API.

Is there a way in which I can retrieve which partitions an AD user has access to by sending their login name as a parameter to a rest api method? I show a list of server nodes and pools on a web app but only want to display the servers that belong to the partitions they have access to.
