Retrieve Pool Description field with IRule

Is there a way with an IRule to obtain the Description field for a pool and store it in a variable? I am working on a pool status IRule and I'd like to include the pool description in my output. I haven't been successful in finding a command that will pull that description field. We're using LTM version 13.1.
