Request always going to default

Hi guys, Hope someone can help me with a problem I have been trying fix for one day. I have a virtual server with client side ssl,server ssl and using cookie persistence. And has the below irule...

This has been resolved. Application person set the virtual directory names against the standard which is to have all lower case. In other words he set the name to use upper and lowercase.
