Request always going to default

Hi guys, Hope someone can help me with a problem I have been trying fix for one day. I have a virtual server with client side ssl,server ssl and using cookie persistence. And has the below irule...

If I enable oneconnect, won't it continually disconnect and reconnect a session to the back end servers since I am doing https / server-side ssl to the back end?

It's not optimal for SSL traffic, but it can usually help.
