Load up an Operations Manager Powershell Console and run this command:
((Get-ManagementGroupConnection).ManagementGroup).GetMonitoringReports() | ft "Name" That should list all of the reports installed in Ops Manager. If it is empty, it means there is a problem with your Reporting Services installation. If the F5 reports don't show up, but all of the others do, this could be a problem.
The reports are part of the management pack file itself, which is located in the C:\Program Files\F5 Networks\Management Pack\ folder as F5_ManagementPack.mp. You can always try manually removing just this mp from Ops Manager and re-importing it to see if the reports pick up (That is all we are doing on our end during Setup).
Oh, and the "Reporting not installed" in the SystemInfo you pasted is in regards to the local machine. I've been meaning to find time to update the script to dump the remote reporting server info as well as the report list like above.
