Hello,
I recently installed two LTM Lab edition VMs on an ESXi server and had things running ok. Then I had a hardware issue and had to rebuild the ESXi server.
I haven't tried to reinstall...

AltostratusThe previous licenses may no longer be valid on the new hardware. You can try restoring them to see what happens. If you get a licensing error then you have to open a case with F5 support for "Allow VE move". They will release the reg key so you can reactivate and get a new license.
