Register customer account

Please give more info about what you are trying to do ;)

I want my customer to have a registered account with F5, so that he can get any recommendations on the F5 product that he has, like any critical bugs affecting his product, any OS change required, End of life/sale details related to his product etc

You can register him to the following :

• with an RSS reader you can use this article and customize what you want to send via RSS feed https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K9957

   

• by subscibing the customer to mailing lists https://interact.f5.com/AskF5-SubscriptionCenter2.html

   

I think the first option is more customizable since you can specify for what product you want to receive info...
