Regarding Perl Command help

Hello Team, I am trying below command but getting error, plz help to resolved this issues as I have to replace cisco ACE to F5..... Command: perl ace2f5-tmsh.pl /config/aceconfig.txt >newbigip.conf ...

I upgraded the version of F5 box but still same issues... Actually F5 support v5.8.8 ,so do u have any other way to deport cisco ACE back into F5 device.
