Redirecting to External IP Address

Hi,     Is it possible by an irule to redirect based on based on the destination IP address all connections to another IP address on the internet?     I am pretty new to the Irul...

Sparks is correct in his description of what my problem is. I have taken a look on the Irule forums and found a thread with code in that Hoolio created. Am I on the right track?
