I have been asked to redirect this url to ";
However they want the address bar to display ";
Is this possible through iRules?

You are terminating SSL, changing the host mid-connection could result in a certificate error, you can avoid this using SAN or wildcard certificates, even a separate virtual server with appropriate certificate.
To make the address change in the users browser you would need to issue a re-direct, even if it the connection ended up on the same VS. You can redirect using an iRule or a Local Traffic Policy
