Redirect url from internal network to external network

Hello everyone . I would appreciate your assistance . I enabled owa service via asm, now they want me to enable them in asm symantec vault service . My problem is that the link that appears in the archive refers to the internal address of the internal domain for example archive.domain.com and when accessed from the internet i can't to access to internal network, So I publish a record of archive.externaldomain.com , Is it possible to set that as soon as they address the internal domain address, the f5 will refer to the address with the external domain name
