redirect to html file

I have a html page in the directory /var/class and am trying to redirect the user to this page if the LB_failed is triggered. The statement I have tried is HTTP::redirect "/var/class/site_busy.htm". b...

The statement I have tried is HTTP::redirect "/var/class/site_busy.htm". i think it should look like this:
