redirect ip to hostname

What would be the best way to take a request into a vip and redirect automatically to its hostname equivalent? For example http://111.111.111.50 and redirect it to http://mywebsite.com. Basically any request which is made by ip would get redirected to the url. I know this is possible with an Irule but would a policy work as well? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
