Redirect and Host change on HTTP::Response

I have an odd issue I need to see if I can resolve in an iRule. We have a Sharepoint server that sits behind the F5. When users go to the VIP or the URL associated with the VIP they connect fine but...

I am not sure about this but did you check the HTTP Profile and basically enable redirect rewrite and set it to All or matching?
