Recieving logs of redundant power supply issue
How did you disconnect it? Removing the mains plug or?
Looks like there are no voltages at all measured out of the PSU 2:
Standby vo = 0mV
Fan speed = 0RPM (=not spinning)
AC input = 0mV
main output = 0mV
Either the PSU is broken, or your mains is not supplying AC to it.
As it is a 2nd PSU, I assume you feed mains AC (120 or 240VAC) to it from a different phase than for the PSU 1.
Check if the mains circuit breaker (fuse) has not tripped. When plugging in a "live" equipment, there is always a current spike and sometimes the circuit breakers can trip. Check also the PSU mains cord. If you get AC, then the problem may be in the PSU itself. If you have valid support contract, easiest may be contact support and ask for an RMA for the PSU.
