RDS 2012 Login Problem

RDS 2012! I have 1 Connection Broker With High Availability CB I ceate a Collection and put in the collection 3 Host Servers Host1 Host2 Host3 with DNS Round Robin its work! even throw the RDWEB its working fine! but when i want to use the F5 i follow this manual: http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/f5-microsoft-remote-desktop-services-dg.pdf (I Use Scenario 3) when user want to log in sometimes he can and sometimes he cant... when he cant log in the RDP is stuck at "Initiating Remote Connection" what can be the problem, its seems when i play with the "Protocol Profile" in the "Virtual Server" the login work more times but still in the 3 time its stuck!!!

    Hi, scenario 3 is only applicable when you are using the HA RD Connection Broker and Remote Desktop Gateway. Do you have RD Gateway deployed? Are you seeing connections to the virtual server for both successful and unsuccessful attempts? It would help if you can provide a connection flow for your clients.
