CirrusThe maximise button has been disabled due to the "unexpected behavior" that it created, as documented under F5 Bug alias 421901 [RFE] 'Maximize' button of the browser window should restore full-screen RDP session (as in the native MS RDP client).
When it was enabled it had the habit of "maximising" the RDP session in the browser window and not actually the full screen resolution in Windows.
Microsoft have a shortcut of Ctrl + Alt + Break to maximse the RDP session
