RAS device name is empty

Hello,

 

I had a problem with the Edge client connection.

 

For some reason, the RAS device adapter was not showing up in the network Connections. Only APM Network Access is present. When the BIG-IP client try to connect, it failed with the infamous "Network access device not found". The following are the key logs from the failure. It clearly shows that RAS device is not installed.

 

I have been uninstall/install the Big-ip for multiple times, but none of them make the connection success.

 

Any way to bring the RAS device back?
