Hi All,
i want cache only /images/* and /img/* folders and i dont want cache all other folders unders my website and i have alot of folders i dont want write all folder name in http profile...

Why not doing it within the HTTP profile ? you can specify in the HTTP profile which uri you want to cache.
If you want to do this with an iRule you can use the different CACHE command like CACHE::disable to disable caching for request not matching your need.
