You can use two kind of architectures.
The first one is "one legged infrastructure" and the "best" one is "Public/Private".
You can deploy your BIG-IP with two networks, you just have to be careful that your interfaces are correctly configured on your ESXi.

You may need to enable SNAT Automap if your BIG-IP isn't the default route of your web servers.
