Ah, I see you're using Postman (I thought you were using cURL). You need to remove the "\" character and then it should work
GET | https://1.1.1.1/mgmt/tm/ltm/pool?$filter=partition+eq+test_parti
GET | https://1.1.1.1/mgmt/tm/ltm/pool?\$filter=partition+eq+<test_parti>
Is the example above correct?
But nothing comes out.
You need to replace the <> brackets.
GET | https://1.1.1.1/mgmt/tm/ltm/pool?\$filter=partition+eq+test_parti
