client ip as : 2.2.2.2 ,
VIP as 10.10.10.10 ,
pool member 10.10.10.200
self ip 10.10.10.20
if you disable Address translation and SNAT- AUTO connection will be as below :
client side connection :
2.2.2.2 ---> 10.10.10.10
server side :
10.10.10.20 ---> 10.10.10.10 ( address translation doesn't happen )
if you enable Address translation and SNAT- AUTO connection will be as below :
client side connection :
2.2.2.2 ---> 10.10.10.10
server side :
10.10.10.20 ---> 10.10.10.200
d) Address translation : Enabled
Port translation : Disabled
Source Address translation : Enabled.

it is mentionned in the question that the VS has pool members(more than one), i assume in that case that destination (Address translation : Enabled NAT) in mandatory to do load balancing even if VS and pool members are in same network.
i Think D is correct answer.
