Question on HTTP to HTTPS redirect rule

We have two Virtual Servers

 

1st virtual server Ip is 192.168.10.30 2nd Virtual Server IP is 192.168.10.40

 

1st virtual server is working fine as desired with HTTP to HTTPs redirection with the URL https://obs-uat.start.ae

 

However For the second virtual server 192.168.10.40, We created two IRULES, a. one for the plain HTTP to HTTPS redirection . when HTTP_REQUEST { HTTP::redirect https://[HTTP::host][HTTP::uri] }

 

b. Second IRULE for URI redirection to first virtual server, where actual uri is obs-uat-int.start.ae when HTTP_REQUEST { HTTP::redirect "https://obs-uat.start.ae[HTTP::uri]" } ie when https request to obs-uat-int.start.ae, it should be redirected to https://obs-uat.start.ae which is not working. Please assist me to rectify the issue.
