I have an URL like     http://example.com/test.aspx?data=abcdefg1234567     Can I redirect it to https     https://example.com/test.aspx?data=abcdefg1234567   ...

HTTPToHTTPSRedirect_301 - Redirects all traffic to same hostname, same URI over https by issuing a redirect with status 301 (Moved Permanently).
