Hi Preet_pk,

Wildcard domain ssl certificate includes first level subdomain. Does not include a.test.lab.com or www.test.lab.com.
You need *.test.lab.com wildcard ssl certificate or multilevel wildcard ssl certificate for second level subdomain.
